Brand-new rooms were facing lake. The team provided a great service. The staff was extremely hospitable and respectful, the breakfast offered was not expensive with a lot of food.

The breakfast is really yummy with biscuits and old food, as example, there’s an option for each taste. The staff are helpful, and the atmosphere is quiet.

Very comfy beds, it's own balcony, a living room, and a storage space in the room. Garden view from the window was good.

I truly enjoyed all about the hotel and recommend it. The location was great, on the lagoon! Lucky that it was not very far from Jr Del Norte, offering food to go.

I stayed at this hotel and it was in a perfect area, close to many restaurants and nightclubs. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean with comfortable beds and pillows. The hotel had a nice pool and overlooked a pretty lagoon.

The lobby had a damp smell and the restaurant was a bit expensive.

Ideal property, clean, great service and good value. Breakfast with old food and biscuits, as example. Free parking outside provided. Nice pool area too. Wonderful overall experience.

This hotel is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, right on the lagoon. The view from the hotel is really nice, and you can enjoy it while sitting outside with a drink. The staff is friendly and helpful, especially Gabriel who can speak English and always has solutions. The rooms are basic but have everything you need, including a kitchenette. The hotel offers breakfast, although it could use some more variety and protein options.

No areas for improvement were mentioned.

The vibe here was quiet! The restaurant was nice with Mexican food here, I had excellent dishes. The location was great: a supermarket and a convenience store were within walking distance.

The location of the hotel is great, situated in a nice residential area with easy access to cheap buses that can take you to the public beach. The rooms are spacious and equipped with essential amenities like AC, a fan, TV, and a kitchenette. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast, although not the best in terms of quality and location, is still satisfactory. the hotel offers a beautiful view from the balcony and has a large and luxurious shower.

The hotel was perfect with extremely hospitable staff and a favourable location in imperial Laguna. Location: the venue was near the bar / restaurant and the Hard Rock Cafe mall area and the Coco Bongo. Had lunch/dinner at El Caribeno, which I found at a short distance from the hotel. The standard room was luxurious, included a shower, hairdryers and bath sheets.

The hotel was charming little, it had respectful staff at the reception desk.
